Payment:

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy applies up to 2 days from the time of a new service purchase. If you are outside of the initial refund period, you must cancel within 30 days to avoid being billed for the next month's service. Abuse of our Services or chargebacks will void any refund.

Termination:

For any dispute you have with SCT, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally before resorting to formal legal action. Any claim arising out of these Terms must be brought within one year after the event giving rise to such claim occurred.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
Changes:
We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
